Product Introduction
The 900g two-component stone adhesive is a powerful, fast-drying, and highly resistant product specifically designed for bonding and repairing various stones, ceramics, mosaics, and hard surfaces. This product consists of two complementary components: a resin adhesive can (polyester-based) and a hardener tube.
When these two components are mixed, they create a strong and stable reaction that results in a highly durable bond with excellent adhesion. Due to its fast setting speed, this adhesive is highly popular in large construction projects as well as delicate artistic works. Once fully cured, it can be machined and polished.

Applications

Usage Instructions
- Surface Preparation: The target surfaces must be completely dry, clean, and free from any dust, grease, or paint. For better adhesion, lightly sand polished surfaces to roughen them up.
- Mixing: Take the required amount of adhesive out of the can and place it on a clean board. Then add a small amount of hardener (usually 1% of the adhesive weight, or about the size of a pea for a handful of adhesive) to it.
- Stirring: Thoroughly mix the two components with a spatula until the paste has a completely uniform color. (Note: Too much hardener will cause brittleness, and too little will prevent the adhesive from curing).
- Application: Immediately apply the prepared mixture to the surfaces and press the pieces together.
- Drying: Hold the pieces in place until the initial setting time is reached (a few minutes). After final hardening, you can begin sanding and polishing operations.
Important Note: The adhesive and hardener mixture has a short pot life, so only mix as much as you can use within a few minutes.
Safety and Storage
- This is a flammable chemical product; keep it away from direct flames and heat sources.
- Use in a well-ventilated area, as the gases emitted during the drying process may irritate the respiratory system.
- Avoid direct contact of the adhesive with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
- Always keep out of reach of children and pets.
- After use, close the lids of the can and the hardener tube tightly to prevent the product from drying out.
- Never return the leftover mixed adhesive to the original can.
